Was on leave yesterday. Just spending the whole day at home didn’t go anywhere. UniFi is still down. I saw a couple of UniFi technicians working on the lines exchange when I went out to tabao my dinner.Talked with them awhile and it seems that my area is having some problem with the High Speed BroadBand. I can’t even use the phone as it is all inter connected. Luckily I still haven’t disconnect my Streamyx account yet and therefore still able to continue surfing. I check with UniFi customer support about the downtime and whether there will be compensation or not. They told me that I will not be charged for the month of June and the billing will start from next month onwards. So fast already so many problem. How to continue with them or even have some proper surfing?
